No refunds/returns. 

We are a charity organisation and all items are sold as seen. We will do our absolute best to list every single item with any flaws photographed and mentioned in the ad. We will list the size and details on care labels but customers should be aware that these can vary by brand. It is the customers responsibility to make sure they read the full description before they purchase. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about any of our products.
